Sometimes there are things that hold us back from being able to live our best lives. I provide a warm and person-centred environment where people can explore what might be holding them back. Working together, we can then explore and develop the resources needed for meaningful and lasting change. I offer an integrative approach to individual therapy that utilises a therapeutic model to suit each individual person, their context and the issue they are seeking support for. Conveniently located at 479 Port Road Croydon, our rooms are easily accessible with nearby parking available.
