About
Hi, my name is David Hillard
I began Be.Change.Grow Personal Wellbeing to help young people and adults build their capacity for positive mental health and wellbeing. I bring over 20 years experience working with primary school students and families together with a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy to provide person-centred services to schools and individuals. These services include counselling and psychotherapy, clinical supervision, coaching, mentoring and the facilitation of the 'Drumbeat' and 'Rock and Water' programs.
